To enrol in the Supervisory Skills Training Programme, participants should meet the following requirements:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Be currently employed or identified for a supervisory, team leader, or junior management role
  • Have basic communication and literacy skills (minimum ABET Level 4 / Grade 9 recommended)
  • Have prior workplace experience as a team member or in an informal leadership role
  • Demonstrate an interest in developing leadership and people‑management skills
  • No prior supervisory qualification is required.
